Bella Frank, the owner of Belle Esthetics, has always had a passion for skincare. Growing up with skin struggles of her own, she was inspired from a young age to better understand how to create and maintain healthy skin.
That passion helped her graduate from the top two esthetics schools in Washington State: The Euro Institute of Skincare and The Washington Laser Institute. Today, she is a Master Esthetician and, as a recent graduate, is trained in all of the most up-to-date beauty and esthetics technologies and trends.
